Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred in social work, counseling, education, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience supervising staff and multi-level teams.
• 2+ years of direct service/clinical experience with vulnerable populations, refugees/immigrants preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operations, and program improvement to ensure high-quality, data-informed services.
• Oversee program design, delivery, evaluation and measurable impact.
• Develop performance metrics and support decision-making and new program development.
• Supervise staff, support recruitment, onboarding, and development with HR.
• Represent programs in external meetings and partnerships as needed.
• Manage program budgets in coordination with finance and grant teams.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform improvements.
