Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a nurse practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care under the direction of a licensed physician. You will collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and formulate treatment plans for patients.

Requires a Master’s in Nursing and an active NP license, plus 1+ year nursing experience. Travel to assigned clinics is possible; strong team collaboration and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing and valid Nurse Practitioner license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
• BLS certification required; must remain active.
• Experience with eCW EMR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care under physician supervision.
• Prescribe treatments and medications per approved protocols.
• Document all patient encounters in the EMR with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Cano Health physicians for patient care and education.
