iRecruitMD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care in clinic facilities and affiliated nursing homes. The NP will evaluate patients, perform exams, order tests, and formulate plans within licensure scope to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements include an active NH APRN license or eligibility, national board certification (FNP-BC or FNP-C), and DEA registration (active or obtainable). The role emphasizes lifespan care and EMR usage.

Formación

• Active APRN license in New Hampshire (NH) or eligibility.
• National board certification as Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C).
• DEA registration current or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain full and accurate patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic and screening tests.
• Formulate diagnoses and appropriate plans of care.
• Complete and sign all documentation accurately and on time.
• Consult with physicians when necessary to assist with diagnosis and/or management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to prepare comprehensive plans of care.
• Prescribe or recommend medications and other treatments as appropriate.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Document pertinent information, including patient histories, examinations, assessments, interventions, and plans.
• Use the EMR regularly for clinical management, internal communication, and other office tasks.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan (infant to geriatric).
• Work within the scope of practice for current licensure or certification.
