Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Data & Analytics to lead finance transformation initiatives through data, analytics, automation and AI. This role partners with Finance leadership to enhance reporting, forecasting and decision support, while driving scalable data solutions globally.

The ideal candidate combines finance expertise with data analytics, and excels at guiding cross‑functional teams and communicating with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in finance data, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and processes.
• Experience implementing reporting, analytics, automation, or AI in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance data and analytics initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve reporting and decision support with modern data solutions.
• Drive process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance financial processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Data teams to develop scalable reporting platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and serve as liaison between finance and tech teams.
• Establish governance, documentation and best practices for finance data and analytics.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting for insights.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage plans, risks, and communications.
• Champion change management and training to drive user adoption.
