Job summary

Boise State University’s Albertsons Library is seeking a Library Project Manager I to plan, implement, and coordinate library-wide projects. The role drives success by defining scope, goals, timelines, and milestones while serving as a liaison across research teams, faculty, and administration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on coordinating complex projects in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with coordinating and managing projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with research teams, faculty, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead library projects through all PM phases (initiation to closure).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate library teams to ensure clear communication and aligned deliverables.
• Work with resource managers to align resources across projects.
• Prioritize backlog and ensure ongoing requirements flow for developers.
• Provide institutional technical support for PM systems and activities.
• Develop and implement internal/external communication plans with updates.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and guide development.
