Dominium is a leading affordable housing developer and manager. We are seeking a Development Analyst to manage the full life cycle of assets beyond post-completion benchmarks, including securing 8609s, finalizing tax credits delivery schedules, and ensuring receipt of all equity.

The role involves financial feasibility studies, market analysis, and modeling to evaluate profitability. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain cash flow projections, support acquisitions through due diligence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• MS Office experience with advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Strong mathematics and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of asset beyond post-completion benchmarks and ensure equity receipt.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, pro forma modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Research local real estate trends to identify investment opportunities and support market reports.
• Develop and maintain cash flow projections for new developments.
• Assist in due diligence for lenders and investors and coordinate with construction teams.
• Support tax credit applications (LIHTC or Historic) and site visits for quality control.
