Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing projects, from initial feasibility to post-completion steps and equity delivery. The role emphasizes financial modeling, market analysis, and cash flow projections.

You will coordinate due diligence for lenders and investors, assist in construction management, and participate in site visits to ensure quality and timely execution across our Dallas portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Real estate clubs/groups and real estate/finance experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Strong mathematics and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the asset beyond post completion/conversion benchmarks.
• Perform detailed financial feasibility studies including pro forma modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct market research on local real estate trends, pricing, and demand.
• Create and maintain financial models to evaluate project profitability.
• Maintain cash flow projections for new developments including rent, expenses and financing.
• Assist in due diligence for potential acquisitions and coordinate with lenders/investors.
• Support tax credit applications and documentation.
• Coordinate and complete due diligence items for lenders/investors.
• Assist in construction management and collaborate with architects and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
