AMI Housing, Inc. (AMIH) is seeking a Program Manager of Housing Coordination to lead the Housing Coordination team and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery. The role directs referrals, budget oversight, and cross‑agency collaboration to advance housing stability for clients.

You will oversee program development, track performance, and partner with funding sources and housing providers to strengthen the program’s impact within the Sierra region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in housing services, social work, psychology, human services, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in housing services, behavioral health, or related field.
• Three years of supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience coordinating housing referrals and service coordination.
• Experience with budgeting and contract requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Housing Coordination program and team.
• Oversee referral process and ensure eligibility compliance.
• Monitor program budgets and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with referral sources, housing providers, and partners.
• Maintain data integrity and documentation in program records.
