Job summary

Amity Foundation seeks a Grant Compliance Advocate to support third-party administrators and a network of community organizations. You will monitor grant administration, ensure compliance with fidelity, licensing, and reporting, and help with data entry and program reviews across providers in LA County.

The role emphasizes collaboration with grant administrators and senior management, adherence to COVID protocols, and ongoing quality assurance across a portfolio of subgrantees.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Two years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience delivering social services in a community-based environment.
• Lived experience with incarceration, addiction recovery, poverty, foster care, or systems involvement is considered an asset.
• Experience collecting and entering data to demonstrate deliverables to funding sources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with administrative and fiscal regulations per contract provisions and grant deliverables.
• Liaise with and support a network of subcontracted service providers.
• Provide on-the-ground evaluation and support to diverse providers across Los Angeles County.
• Develop, issue, and administer grants or service contracts per Exhibit 1 of the program.
