Thrivent seeks a Virtual Financial Advisor in Chicago, IL to meet clients virtually, provide personalized financial guidance, and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs while upholding Thrivent’s mission and values. Ideal candidates are self-disciplined, coachable, and motivated by helping others achieve their goals.

A bachelor’s degree and appropriate FINRA and insurance licenses (or timely attainment) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
• State insurance licensed and appointed in life, health and variable lines of authority or obtained within 90 days.
• Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
• Satisfactory background check (criminal and financial).

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients virtually to provide personal, actionable and achievable advice.
• Guide Christians and others to create and maintain financial plans.
• Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Leverage your relationship-building skills to engage clients and build sales experience.
• Access a large client base and support your team with a collaborative culture.
