The Luminos Fund is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to grow its online giving and broaden engagement with donors and influencers. The role leads email, social media, and website experiences, coordinating with Development & Communications to advance Luminos’ education mission.

Based in Boston or London preferred; remote considered within compatible time zones. You will own online giving strategy, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and report to the Senior Director of Communications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressively senior professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or fundraising, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp strongly preferred), including audience expansion and segmentation.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including using data to track engagement and inform strategy.
• Experience building or growing online individual giving or digital fundraising programs, with a track record of increasing donors and donor retention.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and content calendars across major platforms, in real-time, with accuracy, and with urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Own online giving strategy and growth of Luminos’ online donor base.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and donor journeys.
• Manage Luminos’ social media channels and content calendars.
• Coordinate with Development & Communications on messaging and campaigns.
• Track performance and report on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners where appropriate.
