Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required; MBA desirable.
• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience across finance, IT, compliance, and administration.
• Track record strengthening organizational performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate core operational functions including information technology, human resources, compliance, finance and administration.
• Lead organization-wide operational planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and monitor policies, systems, and controls to support compliance and sustainability.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the execution of strategic plan.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Board on financial, operational, and organizational matters.
