Job summary

Reinvestment Fund is seeking a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager to support our Lending and Investments team in post-closing relationship management of borrowers. The role focuses on payment performance, compliance monitoring, annual reviews, financial analysis, and risk mitigation.

The Portfolio Management team serves as the client contact post-close, handling a broad loan portfolio and delivering insights on credit risk and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related job experience with increasing levels of financial analysis expertise in Financial Services, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Experience creating and communicating credit, investment, or real estate analysis – including formal written and oral presentation to stakeholders.
• Experience performing financial analysis and modeling in Excel.
• Strong ability to synthesize information, organize logical arguments and summarize key points.
• Experience interpreting legal documents such as leases, mortgage notes, contracts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of loans and asset classes under management as assigned.
• Provide quality customer service at all contact points with borrowers and advise on loan transactions.
• Act as Post Closing Relationship Manager for borrowers.
• Analyze portfolio trends and identify vulnerabilities from payment data, ratios, pricing, and economic factors.
• Manage loan covenant compliance, including financial statement collection and covenant checks.
