Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our Elkton, MD clinical team. You will shape clinical quality, mentor counselors, and directly influence patient outcomes with authority to implement improvements.

The role requires deep expertise in addiction and co-occurring disorders, strong supervisory experience, and a commitment to evidence-based care. In-person, Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• At least 5 years of experience serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in human services or behavioral health.
• Maryland licensure or supervisor status as listed (LCADC/LCPC/LCSW-C/CAC-AD) and SUD Approved Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements.
• Experience delivering group and individual counseling and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily administration and clinical quality across CCG services.
• Partner with Executive Director to drive team performance and patient outcomes.
• Oversee interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and development conversations.
• Maintain a high-performing culture with clinician engagement and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented care models.
• Coach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Monitor clinical KPIs: retention, completion, outcomes, length of stay.
• Ensure staff KPIs for direct care hours and regulatory readiness.
• Address patient concerns promptly and collaborate on program improvements.
• Lead clinical trainings and develop community partnerships for referrals.
