Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven orgs.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and revenue generation.
• Track record of scaling programs or organizations.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with or reporting to a Board of Directors.
• Strategic thinker with execution capability.
• Experience with adults with special needs; vocational training or placement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear, forward-looking strategic plan aligned with the mission and goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded impact.
• Monitor industry trends, community needs, and policy changes to inform strategy.
• Partner with Board to support governance and decision-making; provide performance updates.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grants; build donor relationships.
• Oversee operations, programs, and metrics to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Champion innovation in programs, service delivery, and organizational practices.
• Build and retain a high-performing, mission-driven team; foster inclusive culture.

Education
