Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN in New Jersey to join a Magnet-designated organization with a team of award-winning nurses. The role emphasizes collaboration, precise assessment, and adherence to Standards of Care, with responsibilities including medication administration and meticulous documentation.

The position requires NJ RN licensure; BSN preferred or to be obtained within 3 years, along with BLS, ACLS, ECG, and Critical Care coursework.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation.
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation.
• Critical Care course completed during clinical orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
