Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Jersey seeks a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit Per Diem Registered Nurse for day shift. This role supports a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence and patient outcomes.

You will work within a collaborative team to monitor cardiac patients and respond to changes in condition. Qualifications include NJ RN license, BLS; ACLS, ECG, CC courses; BSN preferred; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license required.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• ACLS certification obtained during orientation.
• ECG course completed during orientation.
• Critical Care course completed during orientation.
• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine health status as outlined in Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies per policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
