Job summary

CGC is seeking a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst in New York to optimize the data warehouse and dashboarding environment and to support FinOps execution. The role emphasizes BI skills, data coordination, and clear stakeholder communication.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards (ideally with Microsoft Fabric), coordinate data flows, and provide scheduling, prep, and documentation support for the VP, FinOps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience supporting data systems, reporting workflows, or analytics functions.
• Familiarity with BI tools, Power BI and Fabric, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data warehouse operations, data flows, and quality across FinOps.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for organizational reporting.
• Provide day-to-day support to VP FinOps, including meeting prep and documentation.
• Lead meeting notes, decisions, and action-item tracking; translate inputs to materials.
• Collaborate with data warehouse vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
