Qualifications

• 1-3 years loan administration or asset management experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong operational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable with working with technology
• Familiarity with Carta or similar loan servicing system, desired.
• Strong commitment to quality and superior customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people internally and externally.
• Solid team player, with the ability to manage through influence.
• Undergraduate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deal approvals and review proposed credit transactions.
• Coordinate loan closings and document review for alignment.
• Disburse funds and monitor construction loans, if applicable.
• Set up loans in servicing system and ensure timely payments.
• Track maturities and perform monthly audit of closings.
• Support cross-functional teams on new product implementations.
