Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a multi-million-dollar project in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education systems, including funding cycles and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall health and success for all districts within the regional pod.
• Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with senior district leadership.
• Lead the Impact Pod as a unified team.
