A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Building Envelope Consultant to lead projects for new and existing buildings across the United States. This role will manage projects, provide technical expertise in building enclosure, and serve as the primary client contact. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in building envelope construction and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of building envelope construction and consulting experience.
- 5+ years managing projects.
- Licensed Architect, Civil, or Structural Engineer preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building envelope projects from investigation to construction administration.
- Perform condition assessments and forensic investigations.
- Conduct design reviews for constructability, durability, and waterproofing.
