Job summary

PWNA is seeking a Program Content and Communications Coordinator to fulfill the acquisition, production, and dissemination of program information within the assigned region. The role focuses on timely, relevant data and content for development and communications, including print, digital, email, and social channels.

The PDCC will own assignments from concept to deployment, craft engaging stories with data insights, coordinate imagery and quotes, and contribute to PWNA's voice across campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or Fundraising.
• Three years of journalism, marketing, public relations or related experience.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and multimedia content creation skills.
• Ability to coordinate imagery, quotes and stories across channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, gather information, package and publish content for print, digital, email and social platforms.
• Develop and manage imagery and storytelling to convey PWNA's impact and needs.
• Coordinate with partners, contract staff and internal teams to secure stories and releases.
• Write clear, concise copy for campaigns and donor communications, and edit for brand voice.
• Produce real-time or edited multimedia content and ensure proper photo permissions and library organization.
• Support newsletters, donor impact reports and campaigns with high-quality content and visuals.
• Schedule and post to PWNA's social media channels and create supporting graphics.
• Monitor updates to the Program Library and coordinate field-based reporting and research updates.
