Job summary

TKO is seeking a Manager, Social Impact to help bring the company’s social impact strategy to life across its businesses, employees, and communities. Reporting to the VP, Social Impact, this role will coordinate and execute employee engagement and volunteer programs and support select corporate nonprofit partnerships and Impact initiatives spanning TKO’s portfolio of businesses.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, community partnerships, philanthropy, nonprofit, or related field.
Demonstrated experience building and executing employee programs (volunteer, giving, belonging, or community-engagement).
Strong project-management skills with attention to detail; manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, stakeholders.
Comfort with administrative tasks including trackers, budgets, invoices, reporting, event logistics, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Support development and day-to-day operation of employee impact and volunteerism programs.
Plan and execute employee events, volunteer opportunities, giving initiatives, and other programs.
Develop employee-facing resources and materials for Impact and engagement programs.
Help establish and support local employee engagement teams.
