TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Social Impact to bring the company’s community-oriented strategy to life across its portfolio, overseeing employee engagement and volunteer programs while supporting nonprofit partnerships and impact initiatives.

This role reports to the VP, Social Impact and requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional capable of moving from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in social impact or related fields, strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, community partnerships, philanthropy, nonprofit, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and executing employee programs, specifically volunteer, giving, belonging, or community-engagement programs.
• Strong project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with nonprofit partners and an ability to assess organizational credibility, program fit, and potential for measurable impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, polished materials for employees, partners, and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Employee Engagement: develop and operate employee impact and volunteer programs; plan events and giving initiatives; create employee-facing resources; support local engagement teams.
• Community Engagement: assist business units with impact programming; manage select corporate partnerships; support Affinity Network/ERGs and local nonprofit partnerships.
• Communications and Reporting: collaborate on employee communications, toolkits, leadership updates, and annual reports; assist with social media ideation.
• Admin and Operations: build systems and processes; process invoices, payments, and donations.
