DKK Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Structural/Architectural CAD Technician to join our Royal Palm Beach team. You will create and manage construction drawings across civil, structural, and architectural projects while applying Florida Building Code requirements.

The role demands 5–8 years of CAD experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, and the ability to handle multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness. Full-time position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, modifying, and managing technical CAD drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM for diverse projects.
• 5–8 years in construction document development.
• Knowledge of civil, structural and architectural design.
• Ability to meet timelines and budgets.
• Understanding of Florida Building Code.
• Experience with permitting processes.
• Residential renovation project experience.
• Strong organization and teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and manage drawings for a variety of projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Apply knowledge of the Florida Building Code in designs and drawings.
• Work on civil, structural, and architectural design projects.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications.
• Assist with revisions and design changes based on feedback.
• Work on residential renovation projects, including home additions and remodels.
• Demonstrate coordination, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Address agency comments for permit approval when required.
