Job summary

The analyst will develop scalable measurement infrastructure, dashboards, and reports to support evidence-based impact and organizational goals, reporting to the Chief Program Officer.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve meaningful outputs, outcomes, indicators, evaluation tools, and recurring evaluation processes.
• Maintain continuity of established evaluation systems while identifying opportunities for refinement.
• Document measures, definitions, methodology, data sources, reporting processes, and historical trends for organizational access.
• Monitor data quality: completeness, consistency, and reliability; identify data-quality concerns and barriers to analysis.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities beyond numbers.
• Develop understanding of FIVE18's programs to exercise sound judgment on analysis needs.
