Qualifications

• 3-7 years of construction estimating experience, specifically IMPs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Hands-on experience calculating labor, material and installation costs.
• Experience with estimating software and cost analysis tools, especially Excel.
• Proven ability to develop complete bids and pricing assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for IMP projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and installation costs.
• Develop accurate estimates and bid proposals with pricing assumptions.
• Evaluate supplier quotes to establish material pricing.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify scope.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid submissions.
• Review estimates for accuracy and alignment with documents.
