Johnson & Johnson Innovation Medicine invites highly motivated students to join the Immunology Internship Program in Spring House, PA. This full-time, immersive creditable experience works within Immunology Therapeutic Area Research and Development, with a mentor and cross-functional teammates to advance portfolio planning, budgeting, data management, and communication strategies.

Interns complete a defined project and present at the Summer Intern Research Symposium, gaining hands-on experience

Qualifications

Must be available to work full time for the entire internship (May 17–Aug 6, 2027).
Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Must remain enrolled and in good standing in an accredited college/university program.
Undergraduate students must have completed at least four semesters by start date; graduate students may apply.
Graduate students must pursue relevant degrees (masters, PharmD, PA, PhD or related).
Minimum GPA 3.0 across all coursework.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work 40 hours/week with onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week in the hybrid model.
Demonstrated leadership or participation in campus/community organizations preferred.
Experience with data visualization, coding, automation, or AI tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with physicians, scientists, and operations to gather and organize information for deliverables and leadership communications.
Analyze clinical, operational, financial, or portfolio data to identify trends and next steps.
Develop presentations, dashboards, summaries, SharePoint, and other materials to support alignment and decisions.
Support portfolio management, budget planning, and outsourcing initiatives as assigned.
Apply data-management best practices to improve information quality, traceability, and readiness for digital tools.
Participate in team meetings, document decisions, and follow through on deliverables.
Prepare and present abstract or poster at Summer Intern Research Symposium.
