Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Immunology Internship Program seeks an industry-facing Translational Science and Medicine (TSM) Scientist Intern. Join a multidisciplinary team advancing therapeutics for immune-mediated diseases with mentorship and hands-on research experience.

The program runs about three months, May 17–Aug 6, 2027 in Spring House, PA or La Jolla, CA (or June 14–Sept 10, 2027 for quarter system), with a hybrid on-site schedule and exposure to drug development processes.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited University or College program for duration of internship.
• Available for full-time 40 h/w for entire co-op/internship.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments and participate in meetings.
• Assist with interpretation, reporting, and presentation of results to senior teams.
• Shadow key roles for learning and development opportunities.
• Prepare abstracts or posters for organization-wide symposium.
• Balance multiple project deliverables in a global matrix environment.
