Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a driven sales professional to execute the territory plan, deliver compelling presentations to physicians, healthcare providers and clinic staff, and serve as a disease expert.

You will build coverage, participate in training, and strive to hit quarterly and annual sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry policies. A BA/BS and 2+ years in healthcare sales are required; travel including overnights/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years’ direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare
• Primary Care experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serve as a disease expert/resource
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory
