Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to implement the sales plan by delivering proficient presentations to current and prospective customers. You will serve as a disease expert and resource while covering an assigned territory with a strategic plan.

The role requires BA/BS, 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and travel including overnights and/or weekends. You must live within the territory or its boundaries to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to defined current and prospective customers.
• Implement the sales plan and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals within the territory.
• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for physicians, providers, and clinic personnel.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and participate in training programs.

Description

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource. You will:

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel


• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action


• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures


• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory

Essential Requirements

• BA/BS Degree


• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience


• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends


• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements

• Recent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers)


• Documented history and proven track record of sales success
