Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for the Minnesota (Wayzata) territory. You will implement the sales plan, deliver proficient presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals, and act as a disease expert/resource to customers.

You will plan territory coverage, participate in training, and strive to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while building relationships with target prescribers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries.
• Recent geography knowledge of local market preferred.
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success preferred.

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource. You will:

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory

Essential Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

• Recent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers)
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success
