Charles River Laboratories seeks a Laboratory Associate to handle and process samples, perform data collection, and report results across multiple assay types. You will perform routine lab tasks, maintain inventory, and support study and non-study deviations with guidance from supervisors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience, plus proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The job includes overtime and possible after-hours shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Effectively perform and document procedures in compliance with GLPs, SOPs and protocols.
• Communicate with applicable parties in formal or informal settings.
• Assist with labeling, solution preparations and general lab support.
• Maintain study-specific inventories of consumables and basic solvents.
• Write deviations for study or non-study work; coordinate with Management/PI for complex items.
• Engage in process improvements with minimal oversight and senior staff.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and time management aligned with operational needs.
• Execute routine studies and validate testing with oversight.
• Operate laboratory instruments with minimal oversight.
