Neomorph, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Immunology to lead our autoimmunity and inflammation programs from target selection through clinical candidate readiness. You will drive immunology discovery strategy, evaluating translational opportunities and partnering with chemistry and molecular sciences to advance programs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• MS with 13+ years of experience in relevant area.
• BS with 16+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record leading immunology small molecule drug discovery programs.
• Broad knowledge of adaptive and innate immunity and translation to human disease.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and execute Neomorph’s immunology discovery strategy in alignment with R&D priorities.
• Accelerate the immunology pipeline and strategy based on scientific rationale and unmet need.
• Collaborate with internal chemistry and molecular sciences teams to prosecute programs.
• Think clinically and strategically to align program direction with patient needs and translational opportunities.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
