Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Immunology Payer Strategy to lead payer strategy, messaging, and evidence planning for SKYRIZI psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. You will partner across Medical, HEOR, Trade, Patient Services, Brand Marketing, and other teams to align access with commercial goals.

The role requires 5+ years in Marketing, Market Access or Immunology, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Market Access and/or Immunology.
• Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, and/or market analytics valued.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and communications skills required.
• Advanced agility, project management and prioritization skills.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the payer strategy and customer narrative for SKYRIZI psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
• Develop differentiated, evidence-based payer messaging leveraging data and real-world evidence.
• Identify and prioritize evidence and RWE needs with stakeholders.
• Drive resource development through effective agency management; ensure appropriate governance and compliance.
• Establish performance measures and feedback mechanisms.
• Serve as the Market Access subject matter expert for the Integrated Brand Teams.
• Partner within the Immunology Payer Strategy Team for alignment and training.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and strategic alignment across departments.
• Influence without direct authority to drive decisions.
• Anticipate and prepare for changes in the access environment.
• Demonstrate a "One AbbVie" mindset across brands.
