Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a strategic leader to deliver data products and AI applications that accelerate Immunology R&D. You will guide a team, shape the data foundation, and deploy AI tools across discovery, translational and clinical stages.

The role reports to the Immunology leaders and collaborates with R&D Data Science & Digital Health. On-site options include Spring House, Cambridge, Titusville, Raritan, or San Diego, with a focus on enterprise data integration.

Qualifications

Advanced degree required in a relevant field (PhD preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in data products and AI tools.
Ability to translate business goals into data-driven solutions across R&D.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to develop technical requirements for Immunology-facing data products.
Attract, upskill, and retain top talents; manage a technical team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Define and maintain a roadmap for Immunology data products spanning discovery to real-world evidence.
Partner with governance, data platforms, and master data management to integrate products into enterprise ontologies.
Lead delivery of AI solutions for Immunology and ensure scalable, impactful data assets.
Establish governance models and agile processes for Immunology data products and tools.
