Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director, Immunology Data & AI Systems to propel AI-enabled data products across Immunology R&D. You will lead a high‑impact team, build scalable data foundations, and drive governance for standardized, interoperable data assets including omics, translational, and clinical data.

The role reports to the VP of Immunology and Cardiopulmonary within DSDH.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PhD or equivalent) in CS/AI/Engineering or related.
• Minimum 10 years of post-academic, industry, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering data-driven AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data products and AI applications to accelerate Immunology R&D pipeline.
• Lead and upskill a technical team, collaborating with R&D, DSDH, and JJ Technology.
• Define a roadmap for Immunology data products spanning discovery to real-world evidence.
• Ensure data products integrate into enterprise ontologies, catalogs and knowledge graphs.
• Develop governance models and agile processes for Immunology data products.
