Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Director, Channel Strategy to be located in Horsham, PA. This role leads channel strategies across Immunology brands, translating customer insights into actionable plans for growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Analytics and Field teams to drive value messaging, launch innovative marketing solutions, and monitor performance across priority channels. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Required: B.A. or a B.S. degree; MBA or advanced degree helpful but not required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Sales or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Market access experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, collaborative leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and travel up to 25%.
