Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking full-time Laboratory/Medical Technologists to join our Blood Banking team. You will work in our immunohematology reference lab, performing specialized testing to support local hospital clients. This is a full-time role with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 8:00 p.m.

to 8:00 a.m., plus a 40-hour week and holiday on-call rotation. Training on day shift is required. Ideal candidates have immunohematology lab experience, strong attention to detail, and good

Qualifications

• Experience in Immunohematology Reference Lab or hospital transfusion service performing antibody identification and resolution of compatibility problems.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and team orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical science; MT/MLS certification (ASCP preferred) or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized testing to serve local hospital clients in the immunohematology reference lab.
• Handle donor and patient testing, including antibody identification and resolution of compatibility issues.
• Participate in training and support a rotating holiday on-call schedule.
