Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to develop and execute a strategic territory plan, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and educating them on disease state, clinical data, and product benefits.

You will identify key accounts, stay current on guidelines, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access, and navigate patient access in a complex specialty market while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market (strongly preferred).
• Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with integrity and ensure activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
