Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in regulated bioanalysis.
• Demonstrated experience in developing/validating bioanalytical methods.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GLP, GDP, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in various LBA and/or PCR technologies.
• Lead a team of scientists in method development and validation.
• Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations.

Skills

Strong scientific knowledge of bioanalysis on PK, ADA/Nab and biomarker studies using LBA technologies

Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)

Great leadership experience in both project and people management

Extensive experience in LIMS and ELN

Ability to develop and implement research strategies

Education

Ph.D. degree in biology or related major
