Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Head of Bioanalytical Sciences to lead strategy and execution of bioanalytical and biomarker assays across research, translational, and clinical development for autoimmune disease therapies.

You will define the bioanalytical roadmap, oversee assay development and validation (PK, PD, immunogenicity, biomarkers), and ensure GLP/GCP regulatory expectations are met.

Qualifications

• PhD required and 15+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO with leadership in bioanalytical functions.
• Deep expertise in assay development, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of GLP/GCP regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience overseeing CROs and external labs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and regulatory interactions.
