The successful candidate will work independently yet collaborate with a healthcare team. Required qualifications include a valid pharmacist license in the state, an immunization certification, and a Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the position is located.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization, such as APhA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED required.
