Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Alabama.
• Immunization certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
