Job summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Immunizing Pharmacist in Cedar Rapids, IA (52402) for a temporary, 10-week assignment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Onsite: Onsite / patient-facing. Responsibilities include administering multiple immunizations (flu, shingles, COVID, etc.), delivering empathetic patient care, collaborating with colleagues to improve outcomes, and supporting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Iowa.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Education: BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Ability to work on-site.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Iowa
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Valid Driver’s License
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances
• Ability to work on-site as needed
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred Prior vaccine administration experience
• Strong patient-facing communication skills; ability to demonstrate empathy/compassion
• Comfort adapting to change and supporting a positive team culture
