Qualifications

• Current Kansas state RN or LPN license and BLS certification required.
• Previous project management experience required.
• Experience in clinical assessment and immunization practices, with training and knowledge of public health programs and state immunization registries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of immunization schedules, vaccine storage/handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with staff, providers, patients, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient education and support informed decision-making.
• prescription refill authorization and documentation with patients in EMR.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and overall patient flow.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care under provider direction.
• Manage telephone triage and patient inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate vaccine administration and immunization records verification.
