• Responsible for recombinant protein expression and purification, data analysis, and serological assays using the Luminex platform.
• Designing and executing research experiments and protocols under PI guidance.
• PBMC extraction from whole blood via density gradient centrifugation.
• Cryo-sectioning, tissue freezing, embedding, and sectioning for histology.
• Plasmid design and molecular cloning with validation.
• Collaborate with other researchers to advance projects.
