Qualifications

• Experience with tissue culture is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and set up experiments for expressing and purifying recombinant proteins.
• Design and set up assays for quantifying proteins in various solutions.
• Thaw, cryopreserve, and maintain primary cells in culture.
• Analyze and interpret data, graphing results and preparing reports.
• Participate in meetings as both listener and presenter.
