Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking an IMMULITE Sales Specialist to lead the sales strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio across the assigned geography, driving revenue with the lab diagnostics team and shaping customer roadmaps that create operational and clinical value.
You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with lab personnel and providers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 75% to meet customers and demonstrate Siemens solutions.

This role is part of a high-performing sales team and reports directly to the National Sales Manager. As an IMMULITE Sales Specialist, you will lead the sales strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio in the assigned geography, as well as work closely with the lab diagnostic sales force to drive the strategic integration of IMMULITE solutions into clinical laboratories. You will shape customer roadmaps that create real operational and clinical value.
Minimum of BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.). 5+ years of capital sales experience, preferably clinical diagnostics. Acquired technical knowledge with the capability to organize and prioritize departmental personnel and tasks. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the assigned disease states, the lab and competitive testing methodologies are a benefit. Willing to travel within the assigned geography. Travel 75% of time.

The base pay range for this position is: $85,600 - $117,700 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
