We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and well‑structured immigration documentation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drafting high‑quality technical petition letters (nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions)
• Drafting support letters, expert opinion letters, RFE responses, and petition narratives
• Drafting internal and client‑facing guides explaining immigration procedures
• Translate complex immigration regulations into clear, user‑friendly language
• Research legal standards, eligibility criteria, and industry norms
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support members to gather case facts
• Ensure all written materials meet regulatory, procedural, and formatting requirements
• Maintain consistency of tone, terminology, and quality across documents
• Edit, revise, and proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
• Ensure FGI SLAs are being maintained

Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Literature, Journalism, or another related writing‑intensive area of study (or equivalent experience)
• 1‑2 year’s experience writing for U.S. business immigration law (H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, PERM, NIW, EB‑1, etc.)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent command of grammar, structure, and technical writing conventions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask
